Florence, 7 October 2019. In an increasingly complex, jagged world, in a constant struggle, an event like the one carried out by Forum PA, in close collaboration with Dedalus, paved the way for a new process called “clinical revolution”. Someone preferred to resume a more common term, but not for this less valuable, like “clinical evolution” because with the past we must “build”, not “break-out”.

This revolution aims to preserve the value of European healthcare systems, their good approaches and practices, recognized worldwide, but also aims to ban the phrase “it has always been done this way”.

This “revolution” that starts from the reality that doctors and patients live every day and “increases” it thanks to the use of technology.

Technologies! How many impressions around this term: some belives they are the solution to all problems, others saw technology as the sum of all the possible danger for human beings.

But there is a third way that was opened in Florence: the way of sharing knowledge in clinical setting.

Technology can greatly help humans. How? Supporting them in sharing knowledge, thanks to the possibility of correlating “different clinical languages”, describing and sharing good clinical practices with different communities, which can use these practices in the operative reality of patient care.
