It takes just a few messages exchanged via WhatsApp to understand that the P4C is responsive to the  Clinical expectations about ergonomics, safety and ease of use.

It happens in Rieti, during the most acute Covid phase, where, as in many other Italian hospitals, doctors and nurses are rapidly moved to work at the infectious disease wards.

The “new staff” had to learn how using the recent P4C system implemented in this Unit.

We expected an increase in calls, requirements, and so on, instead…”no calls”, “no training requests“, “no complaint”!

In fact, thanks to the rapid support offered by the colleagues who were already using P4C, the “new” doctors and nurses, immediately learned how to prescribe, without problems and interruptions of service.
