This document governs access to the Company website and disciplines the user conditions thereof. In accessing and consulting this site, the visitor accepts the following terms and conditions of website use.

None of the Materials supplied on this site aims to replace or avoid an autonomous search or the acquisition of information on the part of the visitor.

The Company is in no way responsible for Websites to which access is gained from this, the Company’s site. When you access a non-Engineering website, even if it should contain the Company’s logo, you must keep in mind that it is a site independent of the Company and that the latter has no control over the content of the site in question. The presence of a link to a non-Engineering site, moreover, does not involve approval or acceptance of responsibility regarding its content, the Materials or the use of the said site. The visitor must take all necessary precautions to ensure that any material taken and used is without elements of a destructive nature such as viruses, worms, Trojan and so on. It is forbidden to create a link between any website whatsoever and any page whatsoever of the Company website without prior written authorization from the latter. Companies whose websites are present on the Company site may however insert a link to the Company website on their own site without the Company’s previous written authorization. The visitor acknowledges that imitation of the Company website is forbidden, as is any similar procedure.

The Company’s website Materials are supplied “as is”, without any kind of explicit or implicit guarantee whatever. Although the information supplied is deemed accurate, the Company does not guarantee that the website is free of inaccuracies, errors and/or omissions, viruses or other defects, nor that its content is suitable for a specific use or is updated. The Company reserves the right to modify the Materials at any time. The Company does not guarantee any result deriving from use of even a part of the Materials available on its website. The Materials on this site do not integrate or modify the guarantee that may be applied to the visitor deriving from a contractual relationship with the Company.

5) Responsibility

Notwithstanding the mandatory legal limitations, the Company cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage consequential or incidental to, including by way of mere example, loss of profit or earnings, the interruption of business activity, the loss of data deriving from utilization, from the impossibility of utilization or from having deemed reliable the Materials on this site or any other site linked thereto. In any case the Company’s responsibility for direct damages deriving from utilization, from the impossibility of utilization or from having deemed reliable the Materials on this site or any other site linked thereto cannot exceed – within the abovementioned limitations – €100,00 (one hundred euros).

Generally speaking the site does not ask the visitor to supply personal data; nor does it contain concealed technological instruments capable of obtaining the visitor’s personal data. In cases where the Company invites the visitor to supply personal data, an informative note requests consent in accordance with the privacy safeguarding laws in force. These user conditions are governed by Italian law and, with the exception of the mandatory legal provisions, for any controversy deriving therefrom the competent court shall be the Court of Rome.
