Dedalus attended the Italian openEHR Day

The Italian openEHR Day, the first Italian edition of the event dedicated to the openEHR standard for the collection and management of clinical information, was held in Sardinia on 6 June.

OpenEHR is an international consortium composed by several professionals from the clinical, IT and academic environment, which has been supplying tools for the semantic and computational description of clinical data for more than 15 years.

During the event – organized by the Center for Advanced Studies, Research and Development in Sardina, in cooperation with Sardegna Ricerche, Better by Marand, Inpeco and Dedalus – experts in the field introduced the concepts underpinning the openEHR standards while presenting a series of significant use cases. Even Dedalus took the opportunity to explain its point of view about the semantic approach to the clinical data sharing.

Dedalus at HIMSS 2019

The HIMSS & Health 2.0 European Conference 2019, of which Dedalus was Premium Sponsor, took place in Helsinki from 11 to 13 June.

With the participation of Dedalus ItaliaDedalus France and Dedalus UK as exhibitors, the event permitted to strengthen Dedalus presence on the international market and to present its revolutionary approach about the clinical and diagnostic information system.

Dedalus at GISCi 2019

The national conference “GISCi 1999-2019 twenty years of appropriateness”, organized by the Italian Group for Cervical Cancer Screening (GISCi), was held in Riccione from 29 to 31 May.

After twenty years of intensive multidisciplinary work of the Group, the event permitted to verify which objectives were achieved and the possible improvements and in such context, Dedalus had the opportunity of presenting its Customers the two new functions added to the Screening solution: the edit appointment online and the business intelligence BI4H Screening.

Dedalus at the 19th AICC National Congress

From 16 to 18 Mai, Dedalus will attend the 19th AICC (Italian Association of Clinical Engineers) National Congress, titled “Technologies, accessibility, outcomes: clinical engineering for a valuable healthcare”.

The annual event, which will take place at Catanzaro “Magna Graecia” University, wants to highlight the values upon which the future of the National Healthcare Service depends, that is, the need of having healthcare technologies enabling an equal access and results which shall lead to a better, diffused and universal healthcare. The three-days event will be aimed at investigating the conditions and professional contributions necessary to realize this scenario.

Dedalus at EAHP Congress

From 27 to 29 March, Dedalus, together with Comecer, will attend as exhibitor the 24th Congress of the European Association of Hospital Pharmacists, which will take place in Barcelona at the “Centre de Convencions Internacional”.

This year the congress will focus on the necessity of adapting both the approach to treatment and the used drugs to the specific needs of each patient, in order to make the hospital pharmacy ever more customized.

Presentation of Dedalus offer at D-Four Center

From 26 to 28 February, a three-day event will take place at D-Four Center, during which the new Dedalus offer will be presented to the Group’s sales and pre-sales units.

In this ambit, product managers and technical managers will show the various solutions pertaining to clinical, diagnostic, primary care, business intelligence and interoperability areas, with the related release plans.

The event will also be an opportunity to present the “Company Zero” and the corporate CRM.

Dedalus at “HERMENEUT, Methodology for End Users” workshop

The workshop “HERMENEUT, Methodology for End Users” organized by Dedalus in coordination with FTGM (Fondazione Toscana Gabriele Monasterio) and with the partners of the European project HERMENEUT, will be held on 28 February at San Cataldo Hospital in Pisa.

Fostering a risk management culture in the ambit of Cybersecurity, HERMENEUT project aims at providing companies with an innovative methodology and tools for the dynamic and quantitative assessment of their vulnerability and of the economic impact on the related tangible and intangible risk assets. The workshop will include the presentation of HERMENEUT methodology, with the supporting tools developed during the project, and the presentation of the study carried out by Dedalus in cooperation with FTGM and other partners in the ambit of healthcare sector.

Dedalus at Arab Health in Dubai

Arab Health, the largest gathering of healthcare and trade in the MENA region, attracting more than 84.500 attendees from 160+ Countries, was held from 28 to 31 January at Dubai’s World Trade Center. In the same ambit, from 4 to 7 February, Medlab took place, an exhibition dedicated to laboratory, which was attended by more than 678 companies working in the field.

Thanks to the completeness of their offer, Dedalus and Medasys attended both events, showing the visitors the solutions dedicated to such ambits.

D-Four Center: future starts here

As announced in the last organizational communication by the CEO Giorgio Moretti, over the past weeks the first meetings and activities have been held at the D-Four Center, the new co-working space dedicated to the various Dedalus teams working for designing the new offer.

Dedalus at the CARD Conference in Puglia Region

On December 14, Dedalus attended as exhibitor the Conference organized by CARD, Scientific Society of the Territorial Social and Health Activities, at the invitation of the President.

The event was an opportunity to talk with a wide audience, composed by District Directors, Directors of structures for Mental Health and Child Neuropsychiatry, General Practitioners and Pediatricians, about territorial models and about the necessity for a greater involvement of all the actors in multiprofessional teams. The most popular topics among the various themes, were the application cooperation, Primary Care and Meeting solutions and the sharing of information with GPs and Pediatricians.
